The St Silas team started at the beginning of the 2009/10 season. The team was a continuation of the Trinity Possil team that was accepted into the league for the 2006/07 season.

After a mid table position was attained in 06/07, successive promotions followed in 07/08 & 08/09. The team also won their first piece of silverware in 08/09 with success in the Billy Frame Divisonal Cup.

The 09/10 season was very much one of transition and relegation from division 1 followed. The team aim to rebuild this season and are looking to have a strong squad available

St. Silas is an Episcopal church located in the Woodlands area of Glasgow's west end. Regular services are held on Sunday at 11am and 6:30pm. All are welcome to attend.
